Health Care

 

.....I believe a federal health care system is NOT the way to go. If the federal government can’t provide adequate health care to our veterans who fought for our liberty, how can a federal health care system possibly do any better for our citizens? I have had the Fortune 500 health care plan, the self-employed private insurance that comes with a laundry list of pre-existing conditions, and I have provided health care for about 30 employees that work for me, so I have experience from all facets of dealing with health insurance. I believe we must preserve the highest quality of health care in the world that we currently have while reforming an insurance system that is so encumbered by federally mandated laws that impede competition between insurance carriers and removing the fraud associated with Medicare and Medicaid. In short, it is simply time for a major remodeling of the house, but don’t tear it down.
