How To Solve A Problem

 

On any issue to be solved:
.....I believe there are 3 steps to solving problems, 1)Recognize there is a problem (most of us are here), 2) Understand the problem (and I mean really study the issue and understand the problem and this is the step Washington skips), and 3) Breakdown the problem into it’s smallest parts and begin to determine solutions for each part (Washington jumps right to this step and starts throwing out solutions without regards to step 2. Ethanol mandates from corn are a perfect example of this)..
