.....Paul believes our current tax structure was created in a time where the
majority of the money entering the economy flowed through payroll. With
time, many have figured out a loophole in the system where you can live in a
cash society to avoid payroll taxes and thus live tax free. If you are a
drug dealer, gang member, illegal immigrant, dishonest blue collar worker,
etc., you can live in America tax free under the federal government. This
problem will only continue to get worse with time. We must develop a
"consumption" tax and eliminate the payroll tax because the local cash
register is the flow through point in today's society. This tax method will
